Meet Tiffany
Hi, I am Tiffany,
the founder of LIHR Consulting. I am a fractional Human Resources Executive with a laser focus on compliance and employee relations strategy. Over the past 15 years, I have worked side by side with business owners of both large and small companies, enabling me to gain broad experience in multiple facets of human resources. My areas of expertise include employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, investigations, benefits administration, mergers and so much more. I am passionate about aligning people and culture strategies to support businesses.
I am a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a NCCA Accredited program, through HRCI. Additionally, I have served as a committee co-chair for SHRM’s Long Island Chapter.
In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with healthy recipes, practicing yoga and spending time with my children (which is why I need yoga!).
